In March 2021, Volker Frerich passed away unexpectedly. I am very grateful that he gave me the opportunity to release this compilation. This world is a worse place without him, but his legacy will live on. As such, this compilation will be free forever, so download and spread the memory of one of the best people in the world.

Rest in Peace was the first band of Volker "Iron Lung" Frerich (WARHAMMER, BLOOD ATONEMENT).

They only released this one demo. There are also some rare live recordings from a live gig in 1987.

The band is no longer active.
